Install and get started

Download the current beta DMG on your Mac.
Open it and drag Sayloe to Applications.
Launch Sayloe and grant Accessibility permission when prompted for supported text selection and replacement.
Allow microphone access when you choose to record your voice.
Select a short passage. Double-tap ⌘ to preview. Confirm replacement only in supported editable fields; otherwise copy.

What’s in this beta

The updated Sayloe experience brings Apple local translation, Gemini AI translation, real-time voice transcription and transcript translation together. Free allowances are rolling out with the next beta update. Basic and Advanced are planned for a future release. Launch prices are $4.80/month and $9.60/month—20% off the planned regular prices of $6 and $12/month. Subscriptions cannot be purchased yet. Compare plans.

Privacy and help

Cloud translation sends selected text for processing. Voice transcription sends audio to a cloud speech service. Choosing to translate the transcript sends its text to Google. Voice recovery history can be stored locally; cloud translation retry results may be cached briefly in encrypted form. Read the Privacy Policy.
